Golden Eagle Jewelry Tools ships orders Monday–Friday. Due to high order volume, your order may not ship same day. Most UPS overnight and UPS two-day orders ship same day if placed by 3:30 pm ET. UPS ground, USPS Priority and FedEx shipments ship within 1-3 business days. Economy mail will ship within 3-5 business days.
Transit time does not include the day an order is placed, holidays, Saturdays or Sundays.

Holiday Shipping:
Several carriers do not pick up or deliver packages on U.S. federal holidays, and orders placed the day before a federal holiday may also be delayed. We will update our homepage any time there is a shipping delay. The following are U.S. federal holidays:
- New Year's Day (January 1)
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day (third Monday in January)
- Presidents' Day (third Monday in February)
- Memorial Day (last Monday in May)
- Independence Day (July 4)
- Labor Day (first Monday in September)
- Thanksgiving Day (fourth Thursday in November) ·
- Christmas Day (December 25). Due to the high volume of packages and mail in transit during the Christmas holidays it is normal for carriers to extend delivery service times and modify guarantees.
Free Shipping Offer:
Free shipping applies to all eligible domestic orders over $250.00 and up to 10lbs in weight.
Orders that qualify for free shipping weighing 1.01–10.0 LBS will be sent via UPS Ground.
Exception: Eligible orders for AK and HI are those over $250.00 that qualify for free shipping weighing 1.01–5.0 LBS. These orders will be shipped via USPS Priority.
Orders that qualify for free shipping and that are 1 LB or less will be sent via USPS First Class (economy). If a customer does not have USPS in their area, packages may be sent via UPS ground to an approved street address only.
Customers that cannot receive packages from UPS Ground will not be eligible for free shipping.
Orders that contain a single eligible item or several eligible items qualify for free shipping. Adding non-eligible products to the same order will activate shipping charges for all items.
If your eligible item(s) meet(s) the requirements for free shipping, we suggest creating a separate order for your non-eligible items.
We are currently shipping UPS Ground orders in 1-3 business days. Economy mail will ship within 3-5 business days.
